Open AP-Mode & Configure static IP on Radxa Zero

Hello Guys,
I want to open the AP-mode on my Radxa Zero(4Gb) and set a static IP. I have tried this method from Rock Wiki AP mode(RR acts as wireless router), but it’s not working. I always get stuck on the Compile the driver step. The Kernel from Zero seems cannot compile with RTL8723A_WiFi.
Do you have any ideas to open the AP-Mode(Hotspot) on Zero? The Linux my Zero running currently is Debian Buster(Debian 10).
