Hello Radxa Team and Community,
I’m writing this to report a serious issue with Robodo.in, one of your officially listed Indian distributors.
On June 28, 2025, I placed an order for a Radxa ROCK 5C 8GB board (Order #13641) through Robodo.in and made full payment of ₹10,449 via PayU (Transaction ID: r1ENers2eJhRrE2u2todFeTlz).
I received an order confirmation email, but even after 48+ hours, there is no shipment, no tracking ID, and no meaningful update. I sent follow-up emails and only got a vague reply: “We are sorry for the delay. We will share the details shortly.”
As a student working on a time-sensitive robotics project, this delay is not acceptable, especially coming from an official distributor. If Robodo is unable to fulfill or ship, I request Radxa’s intervention.
Please advise if I should proceed with PayU dispute/refund or if this delay is known from Robodo’s side.
