No video signal

Just received my radxa x4 and i bought a mini hdmi to hdmi converter but im not seeing anything on the monitor.Is there something i need to do.

  1. What adapter for X4? it need support PD or 12v output
  2. The red LED on board is on?
  3. The keyboard Num key LED can light up?
  4. 2x HDMI ports both tried?
