No support of hardware codecs in Radza Zero 3

I don’t have support of hardware codecs in Chromium - Radxa Zero 3W, and I think it is a system wide issue.
I tried the official Radxa Linux and DietPi.
Essentially it results in a very slow playback on Youtube, as well as lugging video playback of local files.

Any thoughts?

Hello,
Can you explain the Armbian Noble installation steps like an ignorant person. I have been waiting for an Android TV version for a long time, but I guess no one will do it for Radxa zero 3w. at least I want to install this software you said.
