Serial : 0000000000000000

how do I get the serial number?

Can you post the kernel uname -r version?

@Stephen any ideas?

This issue is fixed. Please update the ROCK Pi 4 kernel (>= 4.4.154-106-rockchip).

You need to add Radxa APT stretch-testing or bionic-tesitng branches followed by installing the newer ROCK Pi 4 kernel.

Check Radxa APT guide, https://wiki.radxa.com/Rockpi4/radxa-apt, for installing packages.
