May I know if ROCK 3 series, in particular the CM3, support network over usb (usb device network)?

Is the usb0 device the USB3.0 only? Can I also choose to have the usbnet on the USB2 port or the USB_OTG port as well?
For Radxa CM3 IO board, it is the microUSB port.
For RK3566, it is the USB OTG.
