Need some informations

Hello, I’m interested about the Radxa X4 product and I have a few questions to ask you.
Concerning the points below:

eMMc :

  • What version of eMMC memory do you solder on the Radxa X4:
    4.3, 4.4, 4.41, 4.5, 5.0 or 5.1?

  • What is the maximum capacity: 128 MB or 256 MB?

  • Finally, what is the approximate lifespan of eMMc?

NVMe :

  • Is it possible to install an NVMe array longer than M.2 2230, such a M.2 2280 with a little trickery?

RAM:

  • When are you finally going to release a 16 GB RAM version of the Radxa X4?
    Will it be sold with the eMMc? If yes : 32GB / 64GB / 128GB / 256GB ?

Upgrade:

  • Are you already planning a successor model to the Radxa X4?

Can’t wait to read your answers!

Hello friend
eMMC:
5.1
Max for now is 128GB eMMc
There is no official approximate lifespan of eMMc, but since is TLC, I think 1000 TBW at least
NVME
For the function and performance, 2280 can be used, but the mechanical cannot be used because it interferes with the case and the 2pin POE. You may need the extension board
RAM
16G already selling, but looks like sold out
The SKU for 16GB now, without eMMc
X4L maybe the next
Please pay attention to the radxa.com or arace.tech

Thank you so much Ryann for all this precisions!

Best regards,
