After a deep search I did not manage to find any 7" display that could be used directly with Rock 3C. Looking at the pinout the RADXA 8" should work… but this is not what it says.
Does anybody know a working display (with more or less operating system tuning)?

MIPI / DSI displays
In rsetup you can enable a “Raspberry Pi 7-inch Touchscreen Display”, so i guess this is the answer.
