Max CPU temperature?

Hello.
What is the allowed maximum CPU temperature for Rock3a (rk3568)?

My CPU temperature now shows 61 degrees Celsius, with an air temperature of 29 degrees Celsius.
Last night it was 66 degrees Celsius.
This is fine?

The processor has a heatsink.

The load is always something like this:

On average somewhere around 8-15%
