From this page I found we cannot boot rockpi 4b from NVMe, but can we put OS on nvme and uboot on emmc ?and boot from emmc to load OS from NVMe, not sure if that would work, but I want to know before I try. I have got emmc, nvme, emmc adapter .

Yes, you can put OS on nvme and boot u-boot on eMMC. Just dd the first 128MB of image to eMMC and full image to NVMe.
I ended up erasing spi flash memory and now I am not able to boot, so is it possible to put uboot and OS onto nvme ?
