Kernel device tree, uboot and wifi/bt firmware

I’m trying to build Yocto for Rock5b

Where can I find the kernel device tree and uboot for the board? Or I have to follow the guide from wiki and build it myself?

As for wifi / bt: Is the board using ap6275?

uboot: https://github.com/radxa/u-boot/tree/next-dev
wifi is not soldered on board, you can install any m.2 wifi card.
