Is Jumbo frames (MTU=9000) supported on 1G NIC?

Can you please suggest if Jumbo Frames (MTU=9000) supported on 1G NIC of ROCK Pi E?
I currently have Ubuntu 4.4.194-12-rockchip-g615ae7431150, and going to update to the latest one.
