Is it normal that still havent received my Discount Coupon

I ordered discount coupon on Allnet china in June, yet still havent receved any code except the order confirmation.

Is this normal, may be it is flagged as spam and auto deleted. Am i the only one?

According to the post where they announced the rollout, they say they’ve sent out all of the discount codes in the comments, as of November 23. It’s possible it got fed into your spam filter, but I would have expected your code to come over a month ago, as I paid for mine at the very end of May and got my discount code on November 3…

Tried to contact them through mail i hope i get an answer, just curious if i am the only one though…

The erliest in my spam folder is Nov22.

EDIT: I just connected to support of allnetchina, and they sent me a copy of the redeem code. Should have been lost in the spam box. Succesfully ordered the device with 50usd discount now.
