Is hevc_rkmpp compatible with libx265

Hello, is hevc_rkmpp compatible with libx265 ? I’m encoding stream with ffmpeg and whem im using -c:v hevc_rkmpp on output decoded by ffplay or vlc i see only audio. With -c:v h264_rkmpp it works perfectly fine.
vlc and ffplay is compiled with libx265.
