Installing OS on eMM- CM5 using RXDevtool v 2.96

Received new CM5 and am trying to load the OS image to the emmc using Rxdevtool v2.96, where can I get the loader bin file?
Any updated instructions on how to load the OS, the current instructions dont mention where to get the loader bin file?
