Installing Android 4.x

Can i install Android 4.x in RockPi?
if yes then How to do it?

Android 4.x? There was, as far as I know, the Rockchip RK3066 Dual Core up to date, no I don’t think that works.

Thank you for reply… Is there any way to install Android 4.x on any other SBC ?
creating virtual env also acceptable but should support 4.x or below versions.

The performance, for a virtual environment running Android 4.x, should be sufficient. To be honest, I have no experience with Android emulators under Linux.
