I’ve just taken delivery of the Radxa Dual 2.5G Router HAT purchased from Arace Tech
I’m struggling to put this together and I think the screws included are incorrect.
The below image are the parts included, excluding the NVMe drive.
According to the docs:
The four CM2.5x4 screws do not go into the M2.5x20 pillars. They’re too thin.
The 2 included bars for the NVMe drives, M2x8.5, don’t seem to fit the three other screws.
Has anyone else experienced this? Hoping I’m just being daft.
You are not being daft. I received mine last week and have the same issues. There are two tiny/skinny standoffs that do not appear to go anywhere, and no standoffs for an M.2 card. And yes, the screws are too small anyway.
Glad I’m not being daft. Have you reported the issuesto Radxa or been able to locate some suitable replacements?
I have contacted support about obtaining the proper hardware, but I have not looked elsewhere yet. I needed a 12V/3A power supply as well, but in the US, it’s $8.40 with a $150 shipping fee. So, nope!
