IDB failed to download error

Hi,
Can get unit connected to computer, have installed drivers, unit is found by the RKdevtool 2.8.1, I can switch the unit into both loader mode and maskrom but everytime I try to flash a new image on I get IDB fail.
What am I doing wrong? Am on windows 10.

I also get an error when trying to use EraseAll in advanced functions.
