There is no something like “latest” firmware, each vendor has own product and firmware was updated for that one. Some has some changes to basic version, some useful information were published on odroid cloud shell wiki

one last question, JSM561 and JSM561U both are same? can they share firmware?

Probably no,
JMS561U has host-less clone function and no RAID modes, JMS562 has both (raid+clone)
Probably it has different usb ID and firmware update utility won’t try to upgrade it’s firmware.
