How to set ip in ubuntu 18.04 server os

Hi Team,
We want to set static ipv4,and ipv6 ips.
1. Rock pi 4b ubuntu 18.04 server os what network manager is used and how to set static (or) dynamic ip ?
2. Can we remove default network manager and we needs to enable systemd as a default network manager (or) comman how to achieve this ?
3. Any other suggestions ?
