How to secure included fan to CM4?

Hello, can someone explain how to attach the fan to Cm4? The included screws seem a little short to secure to taco gold posts.

I have the same issue. Screws seem too short. And also the thermal pad doesn’t even touch the chips because the standoffs are too big.

I would hope so! Looking at other threads there it looks like Moderatos are answering but sometimes with a long delay.

I’m sorry for the bad experience.

I want to confirm the length of the screw. Do you have a way to measure its length?

You also take a picture of the screw compared to the cm4 and the heatsink.
