How to enable UART serial device?

I want to connect my Rock5B to a flight controller with UART. How do I enable the /dev/tty* serial devices? I found documentation for the Radxa Zero but the UART section of the Rock5 Debian guide is empty.

For anyone reading this, you can use the rsetup utility to disable the UART overlays.

However, only UART2 M2, UART3 M1 and UART7 M1 seem to be working properly.
