How to enable hardware decoding on Rock 5b?

Hello all,

I installed Debian on my Rock 5b. It acts as my media server through Jellyfin and Emby. But I cannot find hardware decoding in the settings. How to enable hardware decoding on Rock 5b pls? Thanks a lot.

Hardware accelerated video transcoding is ONLY supported in Jellyfin.
