How to enable 2 mic in CM io board

dear all , how it possible to enable the two mic in CM3 IO board, one mic is work ,but other mic does not work ,
also is there any way to increase the gain of microphone

Connect the positive pole of the mic to the pin on the side close to the RTC battery, and the negative pole of the mic to GND, and then try recording without connecting the headphones.

thank you for your replay , again , it record , but only from one mic (mono) not stereo , but in datasheet it shows that the 2 header for mic1,and mic2
