How do you reset 12L NIO

My board only shows green LED. NO display on boot and can not be put in download mode. I dont see a reset anywhere. How do you reset the board to factory setting? Looks like firmware git corupted

I got a new board and I am able to enter download mode fine. SO my old board got trashed - thats the conclusion.
