How do I open rockpi4c-rk-u-boot screen?

Hi, I would like to re-run sudo apt-get install -y rockpi4c-rk-u-boot-latest and get the install screen, but removing the package and reinstalling does not make it re-appear.
Can someone tell me how to recreate the screen?
