How can I enable the usb disk function in rock E25

I found the USB function is not availabe in rock E25 (installed offical ubuntu 20 image), if you plugged an USB disk in the only USB slot，you can’t get any response.
The lsusb result can’t get any device informations about the plugged device,
the fdisk -l result can’t find the new device.
So, how can i enable the usb disk function in rock E25
