How can I change the properties of the Camera driver

v4l2 has no effect (example v4l2 -p 2)
gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=dev/video0 ! xvimagesink brightness=100
has also no effects

Images are green and the pi cam don’t take the right focus

Cam: Pi Cam V2.1 (Sony Chip)

As far as i know, you need to use rockchip’s sink for this, simple v4l2 is not enough if i remember correct

Hi i get this result:
