First time posting. Please i need help on how edit armbianEnv.txt for Twister OS install on Rockpi 4c. Its is not possible on windows. Have been trying to do this for the past fews days unsuccessfully. I have searched / googled to no avail. Any detailed steps on how to proceed with be very much appreciated.

Windows Operating Systems don’t support the Linux file system , including EXT4 . As a result, Windows cannot directly read or detect an EXT4 partition or device

If you have an Android Phone, you can also use an OTG USB-C to USB-A adapter to access a ext4 filesystem.
