Could someone say me what is that and which value it has?

Based on the schematic and the components placement map available here, it appears to be capacitor C254, rated at 22µF-10V, as detailed on page 16 of the schematic. I believe it has an 0805 package.
To add further information, this capacitor serves as a filter for the power supply of the MIPI interface, specifically for connector J10 (MIPI DSI).
If you do not use this interface, there is no need for concern; the SBC will continue to function normally.
However, if you do utilize the MIPI DSI interface, the absence of this capacitor could introduce noise into the VCC_MIPI line, potentially leading to communication issues with external devices. In such cases, you may experience problems such as display artifacts or signal instability. It’s advisable to test the interface to determine if any issues arise due to the missing capacitor.
