Hello, when I originally ordered my X2L, I forgot to order the optional heatsink. My X2L arrived last week but I haven’t powered it up yet since I don’t have a heatsink. I have ordered a heatsink but the delivery time to the US is pretty long, so in the meantime are there any options for a suitable heatsink that I could use temporarily?

X2L can operate without heatsink, from our testing, light load is fine without heatsink, so it depends on what you want to do with it. Any small heatsink at 25x25mm or bigger can just work. Or you can use a USB fan to blow the board directly.
