Hi! everyone please excuse my poor English

I have a Zero 4G/64G eMMC board and using serial monitoring when I fllowd https://wiki.radxa.com/Zero/install/eMMC_erase this guide flush ubumtu image. The terminal display this information G12A:BL:0253b8:61aa2d;FEAT:E0F83180:2000;POC:F;RCY:0;EMMC:0;READ:0;CHK:1F;READ:0;CHK:1F;READ:0;CHK:1F;SD?:20000;USB:8;

when I use DD commond flush img .
That`s what happens when I try many times.

Once you load radxa-zero-erase-emmc.bin (make sure you use this one) you should see a USB storage device showing in your system. You can then flash your system to that device. Can you link which image did you use?

Think for your reply. Im used this link https://github.com/radxa/debos-radxa/releases/download/main-abfcbf78/radxa-cm3-io-ubuntu-focal-server-arm64-20220126-1410-gpt.img.xz flush to Zero.and now Im change OS to WIN10 Fllow list is my steps:

  1. Use radxa-zero-erase-emmc.bin flush Zero
  2. Use balenaEtcher flush radxa-cm3-io-ubuntu-focal-server-arm64-20220126-1410-gpt.img
  3. Replug usb
  4. The terminal still displays this information

That’s your problem here. You are using an image designed for another board. Please try download the one for radxa-zero specifically.

Thank you for your ansower.
Is my falut. The Zero flushing Ubuntu is runing on SD card.
