Flashing green LED next to USB2 port

Hello,

I just got my first Zero 1GB with SD card. On boot I get a flashing green LED next to the USB2 port and that’s it. I tried the Debian distribution from https://wiki.radxa.com/Zero/downloads and also the Armbian now, but no luck to get the thing to boot.

What is the meaning of the flashing green LED (power on?) I googled across the internet but cannot find an answer and what other way is there to actually get into the Zero without display, e.g. on Raspberry you can create network access and users when flashing the SD card and start with ssh straight.

Thanks J

it means that the zero is powered on, yes; by default it’s “heartbeat” which means there is power and it’s booted.

if you have the OS on the sdcard, you should be able to edit files directly on it, assuming you have another linux system that you can mount it from.
