Fan not working automaticaly

Hi,
I just received my Rock 5C with the heatsink.
Looking at https://docs.radxa.com/en/rock5/rock5c/getting-started/interface-usage/fan, I successfully tried the user_space method to run the FAN. But the step_wise method doesn’t work. I used stress to make the temperature grow, watch with lm-sensors that the CPU goes higher that 60 degrees, but the FAN doesn’t start.

Any idea on the way to solve this issue?

Currently, it’s not very clear how the issue you described is being caused. Could you provide more information for reference? Which image version are you using, the standard 5C version or the lite version? Does the fan rotate at higher temperatures?
