当我的Rock 5B运行一段时间后,会报告EXT4-fs错误,用nvme启动:zhitai pc005 1tb ubuntu 20.04服务器,请问这是为什么?

same here, no clue.
Armbian Jammy 22.11.0.

Happens randomly, without even doing anything

armbain is running very well for last 6 hours, nvme ssd:tipro7000

I’m having the same problems. I have the nvme mounted and without issues for a long time.

Recently as of a few months ago, when running light workloads the nvme unmounts and dmesg shows:

[10398.371149] EXT4-fs error (device nvme0n1): __ext4_find_entry:1609: inode #29097985: comm bash: reading directory lblock 0
[10398.371287] EXT4-fs error (device nvme0n1): __ext4_find_entry:1609: inode #29097985: comm bash: reading directory lblock 0
[10398.378349] EXT4-fs warning (device nvme0n1): htree_dirblock_to_tree:1021: inode #56755355: lblock 0: comm ls: error -5 reading directory block

Running on armbian Linux 5.10.110

Did anyone solve this or have a version that runs without issue?

Seems like y’all running armbian. Does this occur on the radxa provided debian image as well? If not, it’s an armbian issue, and it would be way better to post this to the armbian forums as they can help your with that a lot better. If however debian does the same then report it here
