Excute a command by header pin

Hello, guy.
I have a Rock Pi S which is runing Debian.
I don’t know it is possible or not.
But I need to run a command when I turn on a switch which is connected to head pins.
Any advice appreciate!

Please check this https://wiki.radxa.com/RockpiS/hardware/gpio, and ignore the echo out > direction step.
You can write a shell script based on this
