Ethernet port not working

On my Rock pi X v1.41 the Ethernet port is not working. I tried it in windows and Linux, but as far as I know, the software should not make a difference. The green and yellow lights never light up, not even when I am in the BIOS (I assume that the BIOS usually has access to the port for PXE Network boot). I tried all the BIOS revisions on the website, but no luck. Is there any setting in the BIOS that I’m missing, Or could it be a hardware issue? Thanks in advance

I assume a hardware issue.

Yes, that’s what I assumed as well. I broke this board 3 months ago and on the replacement everything works just fine.
