Error with pin 8 (UART2) ROCK 4 C+

I have a ROCK 4 C+ to replace an old Raspberry B+. This was connected to a board that connected to another device via I2C. The problem is that when I connect my ROCK to the board it does not boot the operating system. Testing, I have seen that the problem is on pin 8 (UART2_TXD). If I disconnect this pin, I can boot the board correctly without problems.
I have tried to change the configuration of /boot/hw/intfc.conf but it appears in the file: “Please us ‘rsetup’ command to confiure device overlays”. In “rsetup” only “I2C7” is enabled but neither UART2 nor UART4 is used.
I have also searched the forum for information but the solutions seem to be outdated.
Is there any way to disable/bypass this functionality so I don’t have problems when starting my ROCK?
The version I am using is 5.10.110-11-rockchip.
