Erased mmcblk0 on model 4a. Can I restore?

Hi! I have model 4a and tried to install image on emmc.
I did pv -ptera < rockpi-4b-debian-bullseye-xfce4-arm64-20221101-0519-gpt.img.xz | dd of=/dev/mmcblk0 and now the board does not boot from emmc and sd card. Can I restore it and how?

Please reimage your sd card and try booting again.

Thanks for saving me! I thought, I will need to do some serial console magick for this.
