Enable Esata Port for hosting 5th HDD

Hello,

Im using the Penta SATA hat 5 for the Pi 5 and so far very fun to learn and play around with but as I program it for my NAS im curious if anyone has had success with the commands needed to both enable the port and to have the attached drive recognized.

My present issue is the LED is lit but on a lsblk command only the 4 on the PCIE slots are regonized. I understand the Esata wasn’t intended to be used for this but surely the port can be recognized and used as on commercial and consumer devices this system is used for data storage. Thanks to everyone on the forum btw been really fun to learn some linux commands to program old school on command line again.
