I just got two rockpi 4b+ SBCs and both seem to have the same problem. I can install debian 13 to the onboard EMMC and boot successfully but after a few minutes I start getting I/O errors.

It seems to be related to device tree. The current official Radxa OS does not have debian 13 support for Rock 4B+, so I would like to know which image did you use?
