Hi all, today I received my ROCK 5B and I immediately started by flashing EDK2-RK3588 to the SPI (after having cleared it with zero.img ungzipped from dl.radxa.com/rock5/sw/images/others/zero.img.gz and confirmed clear with md5sum).
I noticed after restart that I could not open the UEFI menu by holding down or spamming F2 or ESC, but when removing the SD card the UEFI menu did open correctly (so I thought I was pressing the wrong buttons or it was doing some unexpected behaviour like fast booting).
Now that I’ve cleared the SD card (removed partitions and created a dummy btrfs partition to be overwritten later via an installer on my USB drive), and inserted the SD card back in, I keep getting a HDMI NO OUTPUT from my monitor. The USB drive contains the aarch64 installer image for Fedora Silverblue. When I remove the SD card, the Fedora Silverblue installer on the USB drive and EDK2 load correctly.
This all seems to indicate that the SD card takes precedence over the SPI for booting even if there is no uboot on the SD card. Any ideas why this is happening?
