EDA/ECAD Files for Radxa Zero

Hi, I was having trouble finding Kicad Libraries for the Radxa Zero.
Is it similar enough to the Raspberry Pi Zero W/Zero 2 W that you can use the same EDA/ECAD libraries when designing a PCB for them? (in terms of physical footprint)

The form factor and GPIO location are exactly the same as the Raspberry Pi Zero, you can just use that example link. Just change the pinout to Radxa Zero.
