DVB T2 - TV Hat for RockPi 4

Does anyone know if we can install the RaspberryPi4 DVB-T2 TV Hat on RockPi 4?
If not, can we plug the USB DVB-T2 dongle into RockPi and use it within Android or Kodi?
Any ideas? I would wish to watch terrestrial TV signals on my television using RockPi.

A USB DVB dongle should work on the Rock Pi 4 as it would on any Linux system.
