Doesn't start at all

Hello, I installed Windows 11 without any issues and shut down the computer for the night.
However, when I pressed the power button this morning, the red LED light came on intermittently, along with the Ethernet port LEDs and the heatsink fan. That’s it.
There’s no Windows screen or bios screen, and the red LED remains lit.
Does anyone have any explanation or solution? Thank you for your help.

Hi friend, can you remove the RTC giving it another try?
BTW, did you cooled the CPU?

Hi, I remove the RTC dont do anything and I bought the Radxa Haeatsink for X4 and the Radxa Pwer PD 30W EU set.

You mean remove RTC still can not show anything?
Can you measure the watts are consumed when powered?

Yes when I remove RTC, X4 still can’t show anything.
I can measure the watts consumed.
I performed a cross-test using the X4’s power supply and the micro HDMI cable on my Raspberry Pi 5, and it worked fine so I dont know why my X4 dont work.

If the power consumption is greater than 10W when powered on, it is normal. then you can check if the keyboard Num key LED can light up?

The Num key LED is not turning on, and the keyboard backlight is also not working.

if less than 10w, you can contact the store where you buy for customer service

I cant mesure the consumption and I already contact the customer service " subject: X4 - Doesnt start att all"
