Ive been trying emails, telegram, and discord to try and get ahold of radxa for possibly using their customization service level 1 for 500+ zero 3Ws, but am unable to get them to respond. Do they offer this service still? How does one actually communicate with Radxa?

I’ve tried the service form, the sales form, and a direct email to that address. I’ve also posted on discord and telegram. I can’t believe it’s this hard.
Usually they respond fast but currently all employees seem to be going 100% on core business so responses have been delayed a lot. I’d do a friendly bump with a clear subject that usually helps
