I have Armbian support for the Rock S0 based working with my older v1.1 boards.
I’m working with a U-Boot developer to update Armbian support from u-boot v2022.04 to v2024.10.
They have a v1.2 board which does not appear to be fully compatible with my v1.1 board version. In particular, v2024.10 based u-boot loaders which work on the their v1.2 boards do not boot on my v1.1.
Is there any documentation on how the Rock S0 v1.2 differs from the v1.1?
Are there any changes that could impact software?
If I order a couple more Rock S0 and Rockpi-s boards, how can I ensure I will get the v1.2 and v1.51 versions, respectively? Are many old versions still in stock at distributors?
