Yes. One can add this board to GitHub - armbian/build: Armbian Linux build framework generates custom Debian or Ubuntu image for x86, aarch64, riscv64 & armhf (and build any version of Debian/Ubuntu … with additional parameter EXPERT=yes too see community configurations)

I understand that. I only pointed out that it is possible and in which direction. Your questions requires developers intervention since problem is not on the end-user level. I also don’t know how to repair a car but know hot to drive it 
Perhaps that client which needs this just hire someone to do this?
