Hi,
I tried to connect for uart with images on the radxa wiki page but without output on uart.
I tried “screen -L /dev/cuaU0 115200” with
Cubie A5E: no output on serial console
I think you used the wrong device. I guess /dev/cuaU0 is a real serial port.
But you’re using a usb device, just like me.
screen /dev/ttyUSB0 115200 works for me.
This for Linux a i have FreeBSD
I see how to Linux boot and i dont see u-boot.U -boot i need for developing
I found the problem. The problem is the non-compatible Radxa USB to TTL Cable with FreeBSD. no output on the serial console. I used other device pro USB to TTL and it works.

I also had many issues with this blue shell UART cable, including driver update that renamed itself to “device driver deprecated and off, contact support”
The best UART console is CH343 as of my tests
