Cubie A5E does nothing?

I recently received a cubie A5E. The board does not appear to turn on it essentially does nothing. No lights, no serial console. None of the PhoenixCard images make a difference.

Any suggestions on how to figure out whats wrong with the board?

I’d like to say it’s so cold here. I was try to buy a 2G ram but it’s out of stock.
which one did you buy? 4G ram?

It’s a commercial 4G ram non emmc version.

Could you provide some relevant information, such as the image you flashed, the steps you followed, and so on?
